Day 1: Hanoi Arrival .
Welcome to Hanoi - Vietnam’s capital city. Upon arrival, your driver and guide will meet you outside the baggage claim of Noi Bai Airport and take you to your hotel in the city center to check in Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi Hotel. Later in the afternoon take a walk in the Old Quarter with the guide and enjoy great shopping in the boutiques around St Josephs Cathedral. Savor a welcome dinner at one of Hanoi’s famous restaurants.

Day 2:Hanoi City Tour.
Sofitel Legend Metropole Hotel Hanoi's globally reputed cuisine was the starting point for opening the hotel school of cookery. Veritable immersion in local culture, the experience starts with a stroll in the local market accompanied by the Spices Garden Chef, to discover Vietnamese ingredients, their flavors and see how local prepare for meals. This is followed by a cookery demonstration in the hotel kitchen where everyone plays an active role. After class, lunch is served in the Spices Garden Vietnamese restaurant to sample the different dishes.In the afternoon you will explore Vietnam’s charming capital. With its wide tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes and ancient oriental pagodas, Hanoi is an eclectic mix that offers something for everyone. Your city tour will take you to Hanoi’s key sites: the Temple of Literature; West Lake including the sedate Tran Quoc Pagoda & Quan Thanh Temple. Then enjoy a traditional Water Puppet Performance – a unique Vietnamese art form hailing from Southeast Asia’s wet-rice culture.

Day 3:Hanoi – Halong Bay Cruise.
After breakfast at hotel, your driver will meet you at hotel at 8:00 A.M to take you on a 4-hour drive passing the countryside of the Red River Delta to the extraordinary World Heritage Site of Halong Bay.Welcome on board and set sail through Bai Tu Long Bay while seafood lunch is served. Rest your eyes on the azure waters of this magical bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons’ teeth, passing picturesque area around Mat Quy islet, Am islet. Mid-afternoon, get to Cua Van fishing village and enjoy a pleasant bamboo boat row to through the village with a museum and a school among floating homes. Visit Tien Ong cave then back on board to enjoy sunset cocktails and canapé. Dinner is served on board.

Day 4:Halong Bay – Drive to Hanoi – Departure.
Start the day early to enjoy a Tai Chi class on top deck with an opportunity to admit the magnificent scenery of sunrise over the sea. After that, you can choose to go to Soi Sim beach for swimming or join your chef for cooking demonstration to learn more about Vietnamese cuisine art. On the way back, take deep cruise into Bai Tu Long Bay, passing Pearl Farm, Phao Dai islet, Tam Cung cave, Hon Xep islet, Dau Moi temple, opportunity to cruise through famous L’Indochine movie site (subject to tide condition).Enjoy buffet brunch on board before arrival to the dock.Transfer to Noi Bai Airport of Hanoi for your departure flight.
